Hire FAQ

How do I hire products?

Take a look through our hire collection and email us (via our contact page or sales@poprocparties.co.nz) your order/products required, quantity, type of event, date, address and phone number.  We will reply with our terms + conditions or you can read them here and a hire quote.  If you choose to go ahead with the quote we will follow through with a invoice and once the invoice is paid the booking is secure

What do I do if I want to buy and hire products from your range?

You can either email through your order for hire and purchasing products or purchase through the website, choose 'PICK UP' for your shipping option at the checkout and email through your hire request (please don't forget to let us know you have also placed an order). At the time of pick up we will have your order and hire products ready for you.  Please note we can only keep product orders for a maximum of two weeks due to limited storage space.

What are your terms and conditions?

Where is pick up/drop off located?

We are located in Swanson, West Auckland.

Do you deliver?

Sorry we require all of our hire products to be picked up and dropped off, delivery or courier is not available for hire products at this stage.

How long is hire time period?

Our hire products are priced for a three day period. Additional days can be added for an additional fee.

What happens if something gets damaged?

You will charge the replacement cost for the product. For more details see our terms and conditions.

What if I change my mind about the items I want to hire?

Depending on how much notice is given and payments made, you may be able to get a refund or partial refund. Full details of our cancellation policy can be found in our terms and conditions.

How can I pay for my hire order?

We will invoice you for your hire order and payment can be made with credit card via Paypal or by bank deposit.  All prices are in NZ dollars and include GST.  Payment must be made in full to secure the booking and before goods can be taken.

Do we need to clean the hire products?

You will just need to rinse the products and wipe down the table covers/oil cloths.  You will also be provided with care instructions for the items you hire.  We will clean and steralise the products on their return.
