How long does it take for delivery?

Orders placed before 12pm, Monday - Friday will be prepared for the couriers to pick up that day. If we are overwhelmed with orders (like during a sale), your order will be picked up by our courier on the next working day.

Target delivery for orders within Auckland are next day delivery, North Island is 1-2 days and the South Island is 2-3 days to arrive, and an extra 2 days if you require a rural delivery

Deliveries only take place on weekdays and not on Saturday (unless requested, please email sales@poprocparties.co.nz to check if the courier delivers in your area on a Saturday) Sunday or public holidays. Please note that there is an additional charge for Saturday delivery.

If you do need your order urgently please email sales@poprocparties.co.nz or state so in your order so that we can do our very best to get it to you on time.

Delivery addresses must be a street address as we can not deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Do you offer same day delivery?

Sorry due to the times that the couriers collect we cannot offer a same day delivery service, but you are welcome to order your own courier for this service.  When placing your order please choose 'PICK UP' at the checkout and email us to let us know.

 

How much does shipping cost?

 

Shipping is dependent on what you order and where you live in New Zealand i.e glassware and large items cost more as they are heavier to courier, and if you live in the South Island, courier costs are higher

Please note our courier companies charge us by volumetric weight so our courier charges reflect this.

If you pop everything into your shopping cart that you wish to purchase and take it through to the check out you will get a shipping price without having to make payment.  

 

Can you deliver in the weekend?

 

Yes, our courier companies can deliver on Saturdays for an extra charge of $5.50.

Orders in the North Island need to placed by 12pm Friday and in the South Island by 12pm on Thursday.

This service does not apply to rural addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, we ship internationally through NZ Post.  

Australian shipping options are available at the check out.

For other countries, please email us at sales@poprocparties.co.nz with the items you would like to purchase and we will send you a shipping quote.

If you choose to proceed with your order an invoice with be emailed to you via PayPal for payment in NZ dollars.  Once we receive your payment we will ship your order.  We do not ship breakables overseas due to risk of breakages.

 

How much does it cost to send an order to a Rural address?

 

If you live in at a rural address or on Great Barrier Island you must select the Rural Delivery option at the checkout (click on the shipping drop down box for the options) for your items to be delivered.  Unfortunately we must charge the additional fee of $5.50 because the smaller courier operators are sub-contracted by Courier Post to deliver your parcel from the nearest Post Office.  Our couriers on-charge this fee to us.

 

Please note we check all orders addresses. If you have a rural address and have not made the payment your order will not be sent and you will be contacted.

We are happy to send orders to an alternative non-rural street address to save on the rural charge, please let us know if you would prefer this option.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of the package. 

Please keep the entire contents of the package handy until we have filled out our claim form with our courier company.  We may need photos of the damaged parcel in order to file a claim or in some cases our courier company likes to pick up the parcel as proof of damage.

 

Which courier companies do you use?

We use Post Haste and New Zealand Couriers for all New Zealand deliveries and you will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
